A MENTAL HEALTH LEADERSHIP ORIENTATION
 
Please join NAMI-NYC Metro, the Coalition of Behavioral Health Agencies,
and the Mental Health Association of New York City and Westchester for a
unique orientation and training program designed for directors or senior
staff members of mental health organizations and agencies in New York
City. A distinguished panel of experts will provide an overview of the
mental health system at this full-day, free event. The program includes
an overview of mental health policy, government structure and finance; a
panel on different types of services and interventions; an introduction
of the different types of providers; and a discussion of major advocacy
issues.
