Dr. Xavier Amador (

adjunct professor in clinical psychology at
Columbia University and on the board of directors at NAMI. An
internationally sought-after speaker,
he has been an NBC news consultant and Today Show contributor, and has
appeared on many other
programs as an expert in psychology.
Transportation: Take the A, C, or 1 to 168th Street, or take the M2, M3,
M4, M5, or M100 bus to 168th Street. Follow 168th Street west to Haven
Avenue and enter the institute via the Kolb Research Laboratory Building
at 40 Haven Avenue. Once inside the Kolb Annex, cross the bridge to the
main NYSPI Building and take the elevator down to the 1st floor where
the auditorium is located.
