[Enews] White Paper is now online

[NAMI-NYS Enews]

The long-awaited NAMI New York State White Paper on services for families, Helping Families Help Their Loved Ones with Serious Mental Illness, is now available for downloading on the home page of our website, www.naminys.org.

The white paper describes how families help their ill loved ones, why the need help to help, the kinds of help they need -- collaboration, education and support -- and how services for families should be provided.

NAMI-NYS Founding President Muriel Shepherd described the paper as "a triumph."
